TERRACE AVENUE

The original floorplan was broken up into a kitchen that was much too small for the size of the house, closed off stairwell and rooms which lacked function for a busy family. The spaces were all given a fresh look and opened up while still maintaining some separation and maximum wall space for an incredible art collection.
